With Leopoldo, the master in the kitchen, and Josep responsible for front of house. While being complemented by Montse, who is responsible for deserts and Ezequiel for the fine wine cellar.

Mare Nostrum Sitges, specialise in traditional cuisine, using the best products that land and sea have to offer. Gastronomic philosophy is based, as far as possible, on utilising locally sourced products. Specialties and varieties of rice dishes, fish and seafood and we make all our own cakes and pastries. Finally, our principle objective is that our clients enjoy both the food we serve and the way we serve it.
